Cancellation, Exchange & Refund

We have a no cancellation policy. Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled.

Damage & defects:

• If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please write to us on ivaaratribe@gmail.com with photos and your order no. for an exchange/store credits.

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for an exchange/return.

After we confirm a return on email, you can ship it back to us with a tracking number.

Exchanges/return are only applicable, in case of a defective product within 3 days from the date of delivery (we personally check all our products before dispatch so it will not be the case mostly)

The cost of return shipping by the customer is refundable.

We recommend returning items through tracking systems as we do not have a reverse pick up facility. Any returned items that are not received by Ivaara will be treated as not returned.

Kindly mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel while sending your return package.

Exchange policy:

• Once received the order piece, we'll deliver the new piece to you within  15-20 days .

You will get the exact same design in the exchange.

• In case of unavailability of the same design we will provide you options available in the exchange offer for the particular piece.

Refund policy:

We do not provide refunds on any products sold.

In case the exchange timelines are not working for you or a fresh product is unavailable at that moment - you will receive store credits of the same amount.
